Horizon Village has a variety of floor plans to fit all needs in both duplex cottages and single family homes. Our semi- detached (duplex) cottages include three designs:

Umpqua - a single bedroom, single bath model with approximately 850 to 950 sf.

Applegate - a two bedroom, single bath model from 1000 to 1200 sf.

Illinois - a spacious two bedroom, two bath model from 1250 to 1400 sf.

In our single family homes, we have one basic design:

Rogue - three bedroom, two bath at approximately 1800 sf.

We do not have a “standard” design for each model. All floor plans are open, spacious, and positioned to take advantage of the lot’s footprint and the surrounding views. In addition each model has several skylights and built out windows, so the interiors are bright and cheery. A covered front porch and back deck/patio are standard, as is a full size kitchen with plenty of storage.
