Our small and intimate community includes 56 one level cottage-style residences (there are no steps at Horizon Village). Most are semi-detached smaller homes, along with four single family homes. Our community is built on 6 acres with views of trees and surrounding hills. A small creek passes through the village and walking paths exist where you can discover nature at your door step. We're constantly being reminded by our residents that we're simply the best place to retire to.
At Horizon Village, you will discover a special community where friends are easy to make and activities are as plentiful as your imagination. Our staff coordinator gets involved only to enable and support the residents desires. We take pride in our philosophy of enabling your enjoyment of life, not controlling it. Here, our residents take ownership of their own activities, goals, and well being. Here, you can do whatever your heart desires. Want to start a quilting group? How about a Monday night football group? Fly fishing on the Rogue River? Exercise class? How about volunteering in support of a local community need?
